The mission of the Applied AI team is to enable organizations within Worldwide Amazon.com Stores to accelerate the adoption of AI technologies across various parts of our business. We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer (Sr. SDE) to join our Knowledge Work Automation team within Applied AI. You will be at the bleeding edge of AI innovation-designing, building, and shipping multi-agentic systems, purpose-built AI agents, and reusable primitives that power cross-functional productivity workflows at Amazon scale. You will work at the intersection of large language models, multi-agent systems, and production-grade distributed software to transform how knowledge workers operate across the organization. In this role, you will architect and deliver agentic AI systems that move from rapid prototype to production-grade software serving thousands of internal customers.
