Sr. ProServe Cloud Architect, Sr. Professional Services, AWS Tokyo, JPN ProServe Cloud Architect（PCA）は、AWSプロフェッショナルサービスにおける前線部隊で、カスタマーフェイシングの役割を担います。お客様のビジネス課題にフォーカスし、AWSが持つ幅広い知見やグローバルな経験をいかして原因解決のためのコンサルティングソリューションを提案し、契約交渉をまとめます。契約締結後は、コンサルティングデリバリチームと連携し、また自らがプロジェクトを統率し、プロジェクトの成功とお客様のビジネス成果の達成に導きます。プリセールスからプロジェクトデリバリまで、お客様と深く長い関係を構築し、Trusted Partnerとして、お客様と共にクラウドジャーニーを歩んでいきます。 ProServe Cloud Architect（PCA）は、コンサルティングプリセールスとしてお客様の課題を整理・可視化する能力、プロジェクトデリバリーにおけるハンズオン経験、および、中長期的なお客様のIT戦略を策定した経験が求められます。チャレンジングなロールですが、それだけお客様のビジネスに深く入ることができ、とてもやりがいのあるロールです。お客様の成功を共に喜び、また、ITプロフェッショナルとして自身の成長にチャレンジしたい人材を求めています。AWSから世界のITを変えていきましょう。 Key job responsibilities - プロフェッショナルサービスのカスタマーフェイシングロールとして、業界知識や経験をいかしてお客様の課題を深掘り、根本原因を可視化して、解決案を整理します。 - 整理した解決案に対して、プロフェッショナルサービスによるコンサルティングソリューションを考案し、お客様に提案します。 - コンサルティングの支援内容について、期間・金額・スコープ・作成物をお客様と合意し、契約締結を取りまとめます。 - 契約締結後に、プロジェクトリードとしてキックオフの開催、進捗の追跡、お客様のビジネスゴールとの継続的なアラインを行います。また、Techコンサルタントとしてハンズオンデリバリの役割を担い、自らの技術スキルをいかしてプロジェクトの成功に貢献します。 - アカウントチーム（営業、SA、ほか）と連携し、お客様の中長期的なAWS利用の促進およびIT戦略の策定に貢献します。 #aws-jp-proserv-ap #AWSJapan Basic Qualifications: - ITコンサルティング、ITソリューションのプリセールス、ITソリューションのプロジェクトデリバリのいずれかの経験 - 中長期的なIT戦略ロードマップ作成の経験 - エンタープライズカスタマーを担当した経験もしくはエンタープライズ企業でのIT関連業務の経験 - 特定業界（エネルギー・ユーティリティ、流通、サービス、不動産、総合建設ほか）に興味のある方 Preferred Qualifications: - 顧客との中長期的な信頼関係の構築に強みを持つ - IT戦略や中期戦略など顧客の戦略に踏み込んだ支援経験 - 顧客のビジネスイノベーション支援経験 - クラウド・AI・データ活用領域での技術的な強みを持つ Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
