About this role

Sr Program Manager, XB DEX, XB DEX Bengaluru, Karnataka, IND For millions of customers worldwide, the Amazon name is synonymous with delivery-and the Cross-Border Delivery Experience (XB DEX) team is redefining what's possible for global customers. XB DEX designs, builds, launches, and manages customer-facing delivery programs and the CX features presented to millions of customers every day, from Search through Checkout. We own the cross-border ship options, speeds, and pricing we offer, along with the underlying systems required to deliver exceptional experiences. Key job responsibilities This position will own critical cost and speed optimization programs impacting millions of customers globally across multiple countries. The scope of this role is to work with cross-functional teams and drive strategic decisions that optimize both delivery speed and ship cost metrics for our Amazon Exports customers. To do so, you will lead initiatives focused on defining cost and speed targets for specific countries, building reporting frameworks to illuminate performance drivers and gaps, and driving decisions about how to respond to insights and optimize both metrics simultaneously. The right candidate will be able to assess what is most important for customers and our business, act boldly, and lead change. Tactically, you will identify optimization opportunities, define key KPIs and tracking mechanisms, own configuration decisions, conduct deep dives on cost and speed variances, develop new reporting structures, and work with numerous stakeholders who own critical inputs (Global Logistics, Finance, Controllership, Procurement). You will present updates, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership on a regular cadence.
