About this role
Sr Program Manager, Finance Transformation Arlington, Virginia, USA We are seeking a Program Manager to drive programs across a portfolio of initiatives related to our Finance Transformation platform. In this role, you will work at the intersection of accounting, product, and technology teams to define, prioritize, and deliver programs that increase awareness of our tool's capabilities, user engagement, improve financial operations and unlock new capabilities for internal customers. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous environments, demonstrates strong ownership, and is comfortable translating complex accounting or operational needs into scalable product and program roadmaps. You will partner closely with software development teams, accounting stakeholders, and leadership to deliver programs from concept through launch and adoption. This role requires strong program management discipline, the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and the capacity to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority. Key job responsibilities • Own end-to-end program management for a set of initiatives within our platform's portfolio. • Define, prioritize, and deliver programs that increase awareness of our tool's capabilities, user engagement • Partner with engineering teams to translate concepts into actionable development plans, including feature breakdowns, requirements, and implementation milestones. • Facilitate regular operational cadences such as development syncs, program reviews, and stakeholder updates. • Gather user feedback about the performance of our products and pain points to inform the next wave of innovation • Implement the strategy of driving awareness and adoption of the platform across the worldwide Accounting organizations and lead adoption increasing initiatives to meet our unique visitors
