About this role

Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Amazon Payments Products Seattle, Washington, USA We are seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to lead owned and operated channel partnership across Amazon - including onsite strategic placements, outbound marketing strategy for email and push notification channels, and end-to-end management of key annual tentpole events such as Prime Day and Holidays. This role will partner closely with portfolio Product Marketing Manager across lifecycle to ensure leveraging onsite, outbound, and event-driven channels to maximize market segment penetration. Moreover, the ideal candidate will define the technical requirements and roadmap to bring outbound channels in-house, develop scalable event marketing playbooks, and work cross-functionally with engineering, business intelligence, and product teams to build customer-obsessed solutions that accelerate growth at every stage of the customer journey. Key job responsibilities Outbound Marketing Strategy & Execution * Own the comprehensive outbound marketing strategy across email and push notification channels, including targeting, segmentation, messaging, channel mix, A/B testing, and campaign optimization * Define and execute go-to-market plans that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through personalized, data-driven campaigns * Develop customer segmentation strategies and targeting frameworks to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI across lifecycle stages - from new customer acquisition through reactivation * Establish success metrics and measurement frameworks, optimizing campaigns based on performance data including click-through rates, conversion rates, and attributed revenue Annual Tentpole Event Strategy & Management * Own end-to-end marketing strategy for key annual events including Prime Day, Holiday (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Q4 peak), and other high-traffic tentpole moments *
