We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager - Technical (PMT III) to drive the strategy, development, and delivery of automation and AI-powered solutions that streamline Services team workflows. You will own a portfolio of high-impact engineering initiatives focused on cross-tool integrations, AI-ready infrastructure, and intelligent automation that collectively target millions in annual operational savings. This role sits at the intersection of product management, engineering, and operations - requiring you to deeply understand complex advertising workflows, identify strategic automation opportunities, and deliver scalable solutions that serve hundreds of internal users across all Services teams. Key job responsibilities * Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of automation and efficiency initiatives spanning campaign workflow optimization, knowledge management, creative asset management, and AI agent development * Drive end-to-end delivery of cross-tool integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Slack) by writing business requirements documents, conducting technical scoping with engineering teams, managing partner team dependencies, and navigating security and compliance approvals *Own the product strategy for a centralized, AI-enabled Advertising Services Knowledge Base - establishing governance frameworks, content quality standards, and metadata architecture, enabling role-specific agent customization * Collaborate with engineering teams to accelerate platform launches, both within the team and supporting away teams, by determining optimal resource allocation, defining launch criteria, and projecting in-year operational savings * Identify and prioritize new automation opportunities through
