Sr. Product Manager - Tech, Route Planning Bellevue, Washington, USA The Last Mile Routing tech team is looking for a technically strong, detail oriented Senior Product Manager-Technical with a strong track record of delivering transformational products who can own and deliver the next generation of routing framework, logic, and solutions that get orders from click to delivery in hours or even minutes. Key job responsibilities Create strategic roadmaps in a highly ambiguous space which requires detailed understanding of complex science-based logic and algorithms, and a thorough understanding of on-road operations. ie: product backlogs are not simply a list of user improvements Alignment of multiple partner teams across several VP orgs to drive goal results SME of the decisions and outputs of 50+ systems that ultimately result in the creation of a route Working closely with science teams Working closely with engineering teams Developing, grooming, and managing intake process, roadmap, backlog, and refinement planning Pilot and experimenting quickly to validate hypothesis Working in simulated environments to develop understandings of "what if" scenarios You are results oriented and have thrived and succeeded in launching new transformational products under tight deadlines. In addition to product management and technical skills, the role requires a strong operational focus and deep dive capabilities. You will need to constantly look for optimization areas, work with science and tech on implementing the roadmap, track progress and define how we scale; Ability to influence, analytical ability, strong tracking/monitoring capabilities, exceptional communication skills and leadership are essential to success in
