The Senior Product Manager, Tech is responsible for leading the technical product roadmap for the Last Mile Work Planning product suite that empowers DSPs to successfully plan, schedule, and manage their delivery operations. The team owns DSP capacity management and scheduling workflows on the DSP Portal, enabling DSPs to view their planned routes and meet these plans by scheduling driver shifts. The team's mission is to provide a seamless capacity planning experience for DSPs through transparent and adaptive tool sets that customize the planning process. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, team oriented, and will have an ability to work independently under time
