You should have strong technical problem-solving skills, product management expertise in AI/ML domains, excellent communication skills, and deep understanding of how to evaluate, deploy, and scale LLM-based systems in production environments. You should also possess the ability to influence people across the organization from tech leadership to business managers by creating win-win solutions, and the desire to be an individual contributor driving Amazon's next generation of AI-powered safety technology.
