About this role
Sr. Product Manager - Marketplace Fees, MENA 3P Profitability & Selection Dubai, ARE Amazon MENA Marketplace is looking for a passionate, analytically strong, and innovative leader to help us define and set economic conditions for the success of our Selling Partners and for Amazon. This role will directly impact all sellers (existing and potential) who wish to offer products to Amazon customers in the region. An ideal candidate will have business judgment to understand the impact of their recommendations on seller economics and trade-offs to Amazon's business. This role requires you to be a motivated self-starter and have a curiosity to learn, excellent analytical skills, superior written and verbal communication, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams. He/she will have a strong bias toward data driven decision-making and will work closely with Business, Finance, Tech, and other Fee team(s) around the world to deliver their charter. Key job responsibilities - Establish and apply economic frameworks to evaluate modifications to fee structures and their magnitudes. Communicate trade-offs to ensure we prioritize the most critical and impactful work. - Analyze and solve business problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context. - Partner with Business, Finance, Operations, Legal, Tech, and other global fee teams to understand their pain-points and emerging priorities. Ensure fee strategy and execution is in line with the wider business priorities; drive alignment across teams. - Partner with Fee teams across other Amazon marketplaces to share learnings and collaborate in developing common frameworks and mechanisms -
