Amazon Fashion & Fitness (F2) is seeking a talented, driven and customer-obsessed Sr. Product Manager that will need to be a strategically-oriented individual with strong communication skills, be able to build relationships with internal stakeholders quickly, in addition to being detail-oriented and process driven. The ideal candidate is passionate about driving and creating mechanisms to improve the customer shopping experience. As the Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for elevating the shopping experience for customers and brands on Amazon. You will launch, streamline and build products, programs, processes, and tools to improve shopping for Shoes, Handbags, and Eyewear on Amazon. This role will work closely with technology and marketing partners to build an elevated experience to inspire more customers and to grow market segment share in activity based shoe categories such a 'running' . They will also be responsible in working with cross functional partners to decrease returns (improving size, fit and compatibility), scale visual evaluation, improve search ranking, increase Rufus accuracy and understanding of shoes specific diction, advance catalog improvements, and collaborate with other global teams to ensure that GL309 is up to date with the latest advancements in analytics and GenAI.
