About this role

Sr Process Improvement Specialist, AMXL ACES, Inbound Nashville, Tennessee, USA The Amazon Extra Large (AMXL) Fulfillment Center Operations Integration team is looking for an innovative, customer-centric, and experienced leader with a strong record of achieving results, to own and drive improvements across the AMXL network. This role is high visibility, strategic in nature, and drives a large part of the Customer Experience foundation core to the AMXL program. As a Process Improvement Specialist for the AMXL ACES team you will focus on Performance and Standardization initiatives with the goal of improving areas and processes in our fulfilment centers. Additionally, this role will look around corners to solve complex problems and investigate new technology implementation into day-to-day operations. This role will require end-to-end project management and collaboration across a diverse, cross-functional group of stakeholders for the Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitor & Control, and Closeout stages of the project life cycle. This role will have direct interaction with Senior Level Executives through WhitePaper creation and reviews, Business Reviews, and future planning initiatives. To be successful in this position the PIS must be able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, highly demanding, and often ambiguous environment, while maintaining laser-focused attention to detail. You will have experiences scaling projects/programs with multiple stakeholder groups from inception to launch with demonstrated data-driven decision making.
