Sr Process Engineer, Continuous Improvement, Amazon Leo Bellevue, Washington, USA Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite network. Our mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. From individual households to schools, hospitals, businesses, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve people and organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity. This key role will be focused on improving Amazon Leo's high rate Satellite production through continuous improvement strategies. In this role, you will be a senior member of the team that will drive improvements in a variety of areas such as manufacturing, testing, supply chain and/or fulfillment processes. To deliver these complex solutions, you will partner with peers across all Amazon Leo's teams, including hardware, software, manufacturing, quality, launch, test etc. Candidate superpowers should include earn trust, ownership, insist on high standards, continuous improvement, stakeholder management, innovation and simplification. The role is based in Redmond, WA.
