About this role
Sr. MEP Manager, GES International Design and Construction Madrid, Community of Madrid, ESP We are Amazon's GES International Design & Construction team, and we are responsible for the design & construction of Amazon's European building infrastructure such as Fulfillment Centers, Cross Dock and last mile delivery stations, and also refurbishments of existing infrastructure. We want to be Earths most customer-centric company, and our team lives up to this promise to our internal customers. We now require an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Services Technical Expert (MEP Manager) to support us with the growth of our International network. You will be responsible for the definition and improvement of all mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and BMS systems we design and implement to our buildings. We require holistic expertise to advise to internal and external teams, and we wish to improve and optimize the design, construction and operation of these subjects. You will be part of the Global Engineering Services team, who are delivering all parts of our buildings, including mechanical handling equipment and Amazon Robotics equipment. You will be our Subject Matter Expert for Mechanical & Electrical & HVAC, and the link between the Construction team, which manage ongoing projects on the ground, the Preconstruction team which are setting these projects up, the Sustainability team and the Worldwide Building Design team which issue the prototype templates.
