About this role
Sr. Manager, Taiwan Partner Taipei City, TWN The AWS Specialist and Partner (ASP) team is seeking an experienced, dynamic, inspirational, and strategic leader to be the Single-Threaded-Owner (STO) of AWS's Partners Everywhere strategy in Taiwan for our Commercial Sales business. This proven leader of leaders will be responsible for all aspects of AWS's Partners strategy in Taiwan including leading a team to expand the impact of Partners to our AWS customer based across Taiwan. This leader will be accountable for; * End-to-end responsibility for landing our Partners Everywhere strategy across the entire Taiwan Commercial Sales business, including coverage and execution across all AWS Sales Motions and Customer Territories. * Defining where and how build Partner Capability and Capacity across all sales motions and strategic priorities across the Taiwan Commercial Sales business. Once defined, this leader is also responsible for delivering that Partner Capability and Capacity. * Being the Single-Threaded-Leader for the AWS Partner Organization in Taiwan, guiding and aligning plans with the wider teams who support growth in Taiwan. * Working in close collaboration with other teams to identify economies of scale across the teams and promote collaboration opportunities wherever possible. Key job responsibilities * Build and foster key C-Level executive relationships with AWS Partners * Lead executive-level customer engagements alongside partners to demonstrate the value of AWS + Partner solutions, particularly for complex transformations and strategic workloads * Deep interlock and alignment with the Taiwan Sales/SA and Specialist teams to ensure our Partner strategy aligns perfectly to our sales
