Sr Manager, ACES, INFC Central Operations Bengaluru, Karnataka, IND Amazon India Fulfillment Central Operations is seeking a Senior Manager to lead our ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence Systems) team, driving process excellence across India's rapidly growing fulfillment network. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will own the design, standardization, and continuous improvement of operational processes across fulfillment centers (FCs) , upstream receive centers (IXDs) and Storage and Distribution Centers (SDCs) and Return Centers (DRCCs). As the Sr Manager, ACES, you will build and lead a team of specialists responsible for creating scalable standard work, reducing process variation, benchmarking performance across the network, and deploying innovative solutions that improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
