We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to join the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Human Resources team as a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) supporting the Infrastructure Supply Chain (AIS-SC) organization. In this position, you will develop and lead the overarching people strategy for three bespoke functional (corporate) and/or supply chain operations organizations across AIS Supply Chain, partnering with 4-6 senior leaders (Director and above) to deliver on HR priorities that move the business forward, advance efforts to achieve on our three-year growth plan, and enhance the overall employee experience and workplace culture of the organization. You will support global teams spanning the Americas, EMEA, and APJC, collaborating across global leadership teams, HR teams, and cross-functional business partners to deliver on behalf of our end customers. This includes oversight for developing and optimizing people-centered processes while also de-risking the go-forward operations, looking around corners to enable success both in the short-term and longer-term.
