Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. The Leo team is looking for a Senior Factory Manager for the Electronics Supply Chain (ESC) organization to support internal stakeholders in driving execution across complex electronics manufacturing environments, ensuring production stability, supply continuity, and consistent adherence to quality and operational standards. This role partners closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and manufacturing partners (both internal and external) to identify and mitigate risks, improve execution performance, and enable the Electronics Supply Chain support. Key job responsibilities The ideal candidate will have a strong track record operating in complex electronics manufacturing environments, driving execution across internal factories and external suppliers, and improving production performance through disciplined problem-solving and operational rigor.
