Amazon's Emerging Markets Prime, Lifecycle & XCM team (EMXO PLX) team seeks a Sr. Business Intelligence Engineer focusing on solving strategic & complex problems to help build linkages on what drives customer growth in sync with the various marketing initiatives, incentivization programs, store inputs and ultimately build frameworks which will help improve our investment strategies to make them more efficient and effective. At the core of it, we focus on building intelligence on how much to invest, where and what is the ROI while we invest millions of dollars across all EMs and keep a track on customer growth outcomes. Amazon.com has a culture of data-driven decision-making and demands business intelligence that is timely, accurate, and actionable. This team provides a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and new opportunities. As a Sr. BIE in the team, you will be driving the analytics roadmap and will provide descriptive and predictive solutions to the marketing and product management team through a combination of data mining techniques as well as use statistical and machine learning techniques.
