About this role
Sr. BD Manager, NBS Shenzhen, CHN Amazon is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Business & Region Development Manager to join its China team based in Shenzhen. This role combines strategic business development with hands-on seller recruitment and management to drive new business growth and maximize revenue generation across Amazon's suite of products for merchants. In this position, you will be responsible for recruiting and launching sellers on Amazon's global marketplace while simultaneously driving adoption of Amazon's paid offerings. You will work with sellers of all sizes-from SMEs to large sellers-to help them succeed on Amazon's global marketplaces. This role requires strong accountability for both business goal achievement and data-driven insights generation. You will be expected to deliver on revenue targets while simultaneously conducting deep-dive analyses to inform strategic decisions and optimize business performance. Your superior communication, organizational, and technical skills will enable you to operate in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment, where you will have the autonomy to take full control and responsibility for achieving our business objectives.
