Sr Account Manager, EdTech Arlington, Virginia, USA We are looking for a talented individual who would like to be part of an organization helping EdTech ISVs operate and innovate on the AWS platform. Do you have the business savvy to lead a cross-functional team that includes specialists, solution architects, and product and partner teams to deliver business growth for AWS and our ISV customers? AWS is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager for Strategic ISV Sales to lead and expand the business. The Senior Account Manager is responsible for creating and executing the account strategy, achieving customer growth targets, and facilitating increased AWS utilization. Key job responsibilities Collaborate across all levels of the customer's organization, from C-suite executives to engineering, product management, and sales. Success in this role requires creative systems thinking and the ability to build relationships throughout the account. You'll execute collaboratively with extended teams to address the full spectrum of ISV customer needs. As Account Manager, you'll own the strategic relationship and develop comprehensive strategies for customer adoption and AWS service deployment. Working hand-in-hand with AWS resources-including executives, partners, support teams, and solution architects-you'll champion customer interests while balancing business objectives.
