The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Infrastructure Services Recruiting team is seeking a talented, customer focused Sourcing Recruiter to join our global recruiting organization. You will be supporting AWS Data Center teams to build robust candidate pipelines and drive proactive sourcing strategies. Successful Sourcing Recruiters on this team utilize their experience in candidate identification, market research, and pipeline development. They thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, and have fun to get the job done. They draw on extensive knowledge of sourcing tools, techniques, and talent markets, building strong relationships with recruiters and hiring managers. We are looking for a Sourcing Recruiter to help grow and scale hiring in Amazon Web Services (AWS). The Sourcing Recruiter will be aligned to the business working closely with recruiters and AWS Talent Acquisition to execute sourcing strategies; including candidate identification, market mapping, pipeline building, and initial candidate engagement while delivering high-quality candidates for data center roles within AWS.
