A wave of innovation is bringing sweeping changes to EC2 services with new virtualization capabilities, deep platform integrations, and unimaginable scale-revolutionizing traditional thinking around how we run enterprise workloads in the cloud. We are looking for a Software Development Manager to lead a team building new capabilities to help customers run VMware-based workloads on AWS. The AWS Commercial Applications team within Amazon EC2 defines and builds integrations with external software applications running in cloud environments and helps modernize enterprise customer workloads. Our team launched Amazon EVS in August 2025, and is rapidly expanding to continue building new capabilities for our customers migrating and running VMware-based workloads on AWS.
