Key job responsibilities * Work with peer teams and customers to design suitable software systems and interfaces with underlying hardware to fulfill the RF and Networking Payload needs. * Develop a strategic plan for the growth of the team, both from a software and integrated mission outcomes perspective. * Hire & Develop a diverse team of software engineers. * Aid in the design of mission critical systems in Leo * Collaborate with your fellow team members to integrate various system elements, both hardware and software.
