Our Gdansk team is at the center of Ring's transformation into an AI-native engineering organization. You'll work on real products used by millions of customers, and you'll be expected to bring AI into how you design, build, test, and ship - every day. What we're looking for The ideal candidate: Has a genuine passion for AI and actively experiments with LLMs, agents, and AI-assisted development in their day-to-day work Is deeply curious about how AI systems work - not just how to use them, but how to push their limits Moves fast.
