Software Development Engineer, Prime Video - Linear Experience Bengaluru, Karnataka, IND Prime Video Sports & Linear powers live sports, FAST channels, news, and linear offerings across 18 territories and over 2,500 stations-and we're just getting started. With linear streaming projected to grow 64% over the next two years, we are building next-generation catalog and delivery systems that expand the global selection of TV and movies, enable smarter ad targeting, and deliver a best-in-class live and linear experience to Prime Video customers worldwide. We are looking for strong developers who are passionate about delivering excellent digital media experiences at massive scale. You will work alongside Principal and Senior Engineers to build high-speed data delivery systems, create simple solutions for complex media ingestion and publishing workflows, and develop the catalog intelligence that powers personalized ad placement and broader content discovery across international markets. Key job responsibilities Design and build scalable systems that ingest, enrich, and publish linear and live catalog metadata at high throughput and low latency Develop catalog capabilities that enable improved ad targeting through precise content signals, audience metadata, and contextual relevance Drive initiatives to increase the global selection of TV shows and movies available across linear channels, FAST offerings, and live sports Simplify complex media workflows to accelerate station onboarding and content availability across 18+ territories Collaborate cross-functionally with personalization, advertising, sports, and content teams to ensure catalog data fuels discovery, recommendations, and monetization Basic Qualifications: - 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience - 2+ years of
