From individual households to schools, hospitals, businesses, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve people and organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity. Are you passionate about developing mission-critical software systems? As part of the Atlas team, you'll build and maintain the backbone software infrastructure that powers our entire organization. Your work will include: - Creating systems and services for ingesting, processing, and visualizing vast amounts of satellite telemetry data - Building real-time monitoring systems to identify anomalies, detect emerging trends, and proactively alert stakeholders to critical situations that require intervention - Ensuring extremely high reliability, uptime, and performance across systems that receive and manage telemetry streams from thousands of endpoint The systems we build serve a fundamental role in the successful functioning of the satellite constellation, and several supporting teams. They depend on us to have mission-critical reliability, uptime, and performance. Key job responsibilities - Develop software systems that meet the mission criteria and requirements. - Collaborate with your fellow team members to form a strong foundation for a software organization in Leo. - Help on-board new team members. - Utilize AWS and other Amazon technologies to build high-available software services.
