Software Dev Engineer, Shield (Anti-DDoS) Dublin, IRL AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. AWS Shield is looking to hire highly motivated, best-in-class Software Development Engineers for our Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) Response Team to drive the security and stability of our network, while innovating the automation of our operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of technical leadership, success in autonomously and/or collaboratively driving complex issues to resolution, and an “automation first” mindset. The candidate can also demonstrate in-depth knowledge of software development and/or security, and be able to clearly communicate design best practices to customers to help them scale
