You'll work with modern distributed systems, real-time data processing, and high-availability architectures while maintaining operational excellence standards. Key job responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain highly available cloud services and device components powering Fire TV's entitlement ecosystem, ensuring 99.99% uptime for Tier 1 and Tier 2 services. Build scalable data ingestion and validation systems. Drive operational excellence monitoring service health, reducing incidents, resolving customer defects, and implementing debugging capabilities for faster root cause analysis.
