Prime Video's Cross Functional Central Program Team is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-organizational programs that drive Prime Video's technology and product evolution. This role operates across multiple organizations, delivering initiatives where the problem and strategy may not yet be fully defined. You will use your expertise and judgment to determine the right goals, design long-term solutions, and align stakeholders to deliver outcomes with meaningful customer and business impact. As a Senior TPM, you will lead programs that sit across domains including Client Customer Experience (CX), Personalization and Discovery, Commerce, and Beta initiatives.
