We are seeking a Shift Manager Jr, based in Guadalajara, MX, to join the Amazon Logistics team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the delivery station, overseeing the under-the-roof (UTR) operation that focuses on the end-to-end process inside the building. You will lead a team of Process Assistants and Associates in daily activities, including operational execution, performance reviews, training sessions, and communication with stakeholders and senior leadership. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: -Promoting a culture of safety -Ensuring that people are properly trained and their needs are addressed so they can focus on their jobs -Supporting and assigning job duties to process assistants and associates -Adapting to sudden changes and growth according to operational necessities, due to the nature of Amazon's business -Tracking and monitoring sorting operations and driver dispatch -Helping with in-station operations: receiving, scanning, lifting, and moving shipments up to 25 kg #AmazonMexico Key job responsibilities -Manage staff, resources, consumables, and key metrics for the delivery station. -Coordinate operative meetings, communicate with support areas, handle proper escalations, and analyze data. -Plan shifts, audit plans, and execute daily operations.
