Senior Technical Program Manager, Amazon Global Logistics Bellevue, Washington, USA As a Senior Technical Program Manager for Amazon Global Logistics (AGL), you'll lead complex cross-organizational initiatives that revolutionize e-commerce through innovative global logistics solutions. You'll drive programs that help break down barriers for selling partners, enabling them to reach hundreds of millions of customers worldwide through our highly-available, scalable distributed systems. Key job responsibilities - Lead and manage complex technical programs across multiple engineering teams and stakeholders - Design and implement sustainable processes for cross-functional program management - Drive development of software solutions that optimize global fulfillment and cross-border selling - Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) - Manage program scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path elements - Coordinate release schedules and ensure successful delivery of technical solutions - Partner with engineering teams to build scalable, distributed systems - Present progress and metrics to senior leadership A day in the life Your day might start with a strategic planning session with engineering teams, followed by coordination meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.
