From individual households to schools, hospitals, businesses, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve people and organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity. Leo-Lens is pioneering agentic AI for satellite network diagnostics to report, troubleshoot and mitigate issues across our satellite and E2E network stack, automate workflows for ecommerce and mission operations and other product /developer use cases. We're seeking a Senior Software Development Manager to lead engineering teams building the next generation of AI-powered diagnostic capabilities. Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Key job responsibilities Lead engineering teams responsible for agent development, data integration, and platform services. Technical design and architecture of agentic AI solutions and applications to Leo Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team initiatives including infrastructure migrations and platform improvements. Build and scale engineering teams through effective hiring, onboarding, and talent development. Drive prioritization across workstreams, balancing stability with feature development. Partner with product, security, and operations teams to deliver customer-facing AI features. Establish mechanisms for cross-team coordination, integration testing, and engineering excellence. Own relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure alignment on technical roadmap. Basic Qualifications: -
