Senior Solutions Architect, Automotive & Manufacturing Chicago, Illinois, USA Amazon Web Services (AWS) Automotive and Manufacturing team is looking for an experienced and motivated technologist who possesses a unique balance of technical depth and strong interpersonal skills. As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will partner with some of the world's largest automotive and manufacturing firms, AWS Sales and other AWS teams to craft highly scalable, flexible and resilient cloud architectures that address customer business problems and accelerate the adoption of AWS services. This role will drive AWS technology adoption and revenue growth across assigned automotive and manufacturing customers. As a trusted customer advocate, the Senior Solutions Architect will work directly with leading industrial manufacturers as they reimagine how things are designed, built, and operated. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers navigate architectural decisions across connected vehicle platforms, digital twins, smart factory/Industry 4.0 initiatives, supply chain optimization, and software-defined vehicle (SDV) strategies. As a key member of the Account Team, you will guide customers' architectural choices across use cases involving IoT, edge computing, high-performance computing (HPC), security, data lakes and analytics, AI/ML, simulation, and robotics - as well as foundational services spanning compute, storage, and networking. You will provide technical design guidance and thought leadership, contribute to best-practice knowledge sharing within the broader AWS Solutions Architecture community, and help develop reusable industry reference architectures.
