Senior Program Manager, Pricing Portfolio, Last Mile Delivery Programs- Hub and AmFlex Bengaluru, Karnataka, IND We are seeking an experienced Sr. Program Manager to lead our pricing portfolio strategy for Amazon Flex and Amazon Hub operations. This role requires a data-driven leader who can balance analytical rigor with hands-on operational excellence to optimize earnings and capacity across our last-mile delivery network. Key job responsibilities ### Pricing Strategy & Management - Own and manage the end-to-end promotions portfolio for Amazon Flex and Amazon Hub operations - Track, analyze, and optimize pricing structures to ensure competitive positioning and operational efficiency - Develop and maintain pricing models that balance worker earnings, operational costs, and business objectives - Conduct regular industry benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation structures ### Earnings Performance Management - Monitor and manage earnings per hour (EPH) metrics across all stations and regions - Identify stations with below-benchmark EPH performance and develop intervention strategies - Design and implement corrective action plans to improve worker earnings and retention - Establish EPH targets and KPIs aligned with business goals and market conditions ### Operational Excellence & Field Engagement - Travel regularly to last-mile stations experiencing capacity constraints due to pricing issues - Conduct Gemba walks to observe operations firsthand and identify root causes of pricing-related challenges - Partner with station leadership to troubleshoot operational problems affecting earnings and capacity - Build strong relationships with field teams to ensure pricing strategies are operationally viable ### Analytics & Reporting - Develop comprehensive dashboards and reporting mechanisms
