Senior Program Manager, AWS Data Center Procurement Governance (DCPG) Seattle, Washington, USA At AWS, we are on a mission to build the next generation of technology that will transform how our Data Center Sourcing & Procurement (DCSP) teams operate to deliver on our ambitious build plan. As a Sr. Program Manager in Data Center Procurement Governance (DCPG), you will play a critical role in turning that vision into reality. As a Sr. Program Manager on the Systems Engineering & Analytics (SEA) team, you will be a highly visible leader owning the full-lifecycle execution of complex, cross-functional programs. You will engage with senior business and engineering leaders to drive critical initiatives, manage dependencies, and ensure delivery against agreed-upon milestones and timelines. You will serve as the operational anchor between DCPG and its AMER stakeholders - translating business needs into structured, executable engineering work and keeping the team grounded in business context throughout delivery. You will own the intake and communications mechanisms that connect customer needs to technical outcomes, and champion adoption of GenAI solutions across the broader DCSP organization. You will continuously improve the processes that drive teamwork and commitment across multiple teams with competing priorities.
