Come join the AWS Payments & Fraud Prevention team as the Senior Product Manager - External Services who will own our end-to-end account compromise detection, mitigation, and recovery strategy. We are seeking a product leader who will be the single-threaded owner for account compromise - delivering peace of mind to customers through proactive detection and rapid mitigation. You will drive real-time threat detection, AI-powered account recovery, and post-compromise remediation. The ideal candidate combines deep security domain knowledge with product management expertise and a proven track record of delivering products at scale. Key job responsibilities Detection & Prevention: Own the roadmap for compromise detection spanning sign-in anomaly detection, behavioral signals, API key exposure monitoring, and customer education. Partner with data science and engineering to improve signal quality, reduce false positives, and shrink time-to-detect for novel attack patterns. AI-Powered Recovery: Lead the strategy to use AI and automation to transform account recovery across all customer segments (individual developer, enterprise, SMB). Design flows that balance security rigor with speed, and explore agentic AI approaches to automate triage, verification, and remediation at scale.
