Senior Product Manager - Technical, Amazon Key Hawthorne, California, USA At Amazon Key, we are on a mission to empower customers to easily manage access to their homes and businesses. As part of the Amazon Devices and Ring organization, we invent new devices, software, and services to solve critical access problems for our B2C and B2B customers. We are seeking a motivated and multi-talented Sr Product Manager - Tech who is passionate about building products with a strong emphasis on design, quality, performance and customer satisfaction. The individual will lead product development for consumer- and/or business- facing products globally and lead end to end product development including hardware and software. Exact mix of software and hardware experience can be calibrated; you should apply if you have consumer facing experience and are a fast learner. This role will be inherently cross-functional - this leader will work closely with hardware and software engineering, product/program management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, and executive teams to 1) bring products to market, 2) develop and grow business opportunities, and 3) enhance our existing products and features. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, team oriented, and will have an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines.
