We're bringing TV into the AI era - making personalization the heartbeat of how customers experience their living room, and ensuring every surface they touch feels built for them. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Tech to lead Broad Personalization and Re-engagement on Fire TV. In this role, you will own the strategy and customer experience for how Fire TV organizes and ranks content across the home screen and beyond - the systems that decide what customers see first, what they return to, and what they never have to search for again. You will drive the vision for content orchestration, re-engagement and broad personalization features. This role requires expertise in personalization and recommendation systems, a strong instinct for customer experience across large catalogs, and a proven track record of shipping ranking and re-engagement products at global scale. You will partner with data science, engineering, design, Prime Video, Alexa, advertising, and content partners to define what "personal" means on Fire TV - and to carry that standard across every surface in the organization. Key job responsibilities - Own the long-term product vision and strategy for organic page content ranking across Fire TV surfaces. - Hold the bar for content row ranking across the org - establish best practices, lead cross-team reviews, and ensure new surfaces meet a consistent quality standard
