About this role
Senior Product Manager, IN DEX Bengaluru, Karnataka, IND Amazon India is seeking a Product Manager to own and drive delivery experience innovations as the India leader. This is a high-impact role with full ownership of initiatives that directly shape customer delivery experience and Amazon India's delivery economics across millions of orders. You will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for India-specific delivery experience innovations and you will drive adoption of both developed and under-development products to extract maximum value, partnering closely with partners across supply chain, operations, categories and engineering. We are looking for a strong PM who can dive deep into promise systems, delivery operations, and customer experience, write detailed PRFAQs/PRDs, and deliver features in complex, ambiguous environments. Proficiency with AI-powered tools for rapid experimentation is highly valued. The role offers significant visibility with IES DEX leadership and IN stores leadership.
