Senior Product Manager - AI, Amazon Global Selling - PMO Shanghai, CHN Amazon Global Selling (AGS) has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. Today, more than 50% of Amazon's total unit sales come from third-party selection. The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon's 18 overseas stores, and supporting local sellers' success and growth on Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally. The Role The Global Selling Product & Program team in AGS collaborates with many Amazon's global teams to support the high-growth Global Selling business, continuously identify new opportunities, and drive new initiatives through design, development, launch, and post-launch management. As part of our mission, we are building products and tools to drive seller growth and success, and support Account Management and Marketing teams' efficiency and productivity. We are looking for a talented and technical Senior Product Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate should be strong at understanding internal and external customer needs, identifying pain points, analyzing working models, deriving patterns, designing solutions, and managing roadmaps. He/she also needs to work across teams to launch products, manage product releases, engage user organizations, handle change management, establish stakeholder communication, and be responsible for the ultimate success of product launches against defined goals in a cross functional, fast-paced environment.
