Senior Marketing Manager, Performance Marketing, Amazon India Bengaluru, Karnataka, IND We are hiring Sr. Performance Marketing Manager on a contractual model The IN Marketing team at Amazon India is seeking a talented, highly motivated, and seasoned performance marketer with deep channel expertise and strong stakeholder management skills. This individual contributor role demands strategic thinking, end-to-end ownership, and the ability to influence without authority across multiple business and channel teams. The Senior Marketing Manager will own the performance marketing charter for Amazon's new business initiatives such as quick-commerce, Low ASP offerings and non-retail business etc. across Outbound (Push, WhatsApp), Mobile Growth (App Installs), and Paid channels (Google, Meta, Associates). The role requires building 0-to-1 playbooks, defining scalable mechanisms, and driving measurable business outcomes through cross-functional leadership. This role provides an opportunity to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever-changing business climate. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to think big while delivering results at speed, earning trust across senior stakeholders, and raising the bar on operational excellence. Key job responsibilities Strategic Ownership 1. Define and own the performance marketing strategy for new Amazon business verticals, translating ambiguous business goals into structured marketing plans with clear KPIs and success metrics 2. Develop long-term channel roadmaps (6-12 months) for each business initiative, identifying growth levers, investment priorities, and resource requirements 3. Influence channel managers and business leaders to align on shared goals, timelines, and accountability frameworks 4. Identify whitespace opportunities through competitive benchmarking, customer insights, and data-driven analysis
