Senior Manager, Recruiting, Amazon University Talent Acquisition Seattle, Washington, USA This is a rare opportunity to shape and own how talent acquisition strategy is conceived and executed at a global scale. As a Senior Manager, Recruiting Business Partner within Amazon University Talent Acquisition (AUTA), you will serve as a strategic leader and trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders across multiple lines of business and geographies. You will drive the vision, structure, and delivery of university talent acquisition globally, influencing how Amazon attracts, identifies, and converts the next generation of top-tier talent. This role offers significant scope, executive visibility, and the opportunity to build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and deeply collaborative environment. Key job responsibilities (-) Serve as a global single-threaded leader for university talent acquisition strategy, partnering closely with regional TA leaders across AMER, EMEA, and APJC to ensure consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes that reflect both global standards and local market realities. (-) Act as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Workforce Planning teams, translating long-range talent needs into actionable, data-informed recruiting strategies that are scalable and globally consistent. (-) Lead, develop, and inspire a team of Recruiting Business Partners, setting a high performance bar and building the organizational capability needed to deliver against ambitious hiring goals in a dynamic environment.
