Senior Manager, Production Planning, Production Planning Team Bellevue, Washington, USA We are seeking a strategic Labor Planning Professional who will drive centralized labor planning across North America Customer Fulfillment (NACF). In this role, you'll collaborate with local and regional operations and finance teams to develop scalable labor models and action plans that deliver meaningful business impact. You'll leverage cross-functional teams to improve supply chain planning, using data-driven insights to work through ambiguity and create innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in quickly analyzing complex scenarios, developing strategic business partnerships, and providing level-headed guidance during dynamic operational challenges. You'll be expected to root cause issues, uncover core business insights, and translate data into actionable recommendations that optimize operational efficiency and cost management.
