Key job responsibilities • Lead remodel strategy and investment decision support to optimize existing retail store performance • Own comprehensive occupancy planning and reporting across all banners, including rent approvals • Drive asset management excellence through lease disposition strategies and efficient exit planning for non-operating locations • Execute impairment testing and portfolio optimization initiatives including asset retirement obligations and fair market value analysis • Provide strategic finance support for Instore Retail Partnerships, optimizing third-party operations within WWGS locations • Maintain rigorous compliance with GRC requirements and cross-functional financial controls A day in the life Your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic portfolio optimization, asset management execution, and cross-functional partnership.
