We are looking for a Financial Analyst II (individual contributor) to perform business-specific Financial Planning & Analysis activities in support of a partner financial organization. This person will own the Operating Expense (OpEx) and Headcount (HC) planning, forecasting, and reporting processes, serving as the primary finance point of contact for the supported organization. The successful candidate will analyze workload drivers to assess headcount needs, ensuring staffing plans are aligned with business demand and operational goals. They will be responsible for monitoring and enforcing budget adherence, proactively identifying risks and opportunities to ensure the organization operates within its approved financial plan. This person will build financial and operational reports that influence decision-making and will develop actionable insights that enable leadership to make informed, data-driven decisions. This person will become the trusted business advisor by sharing findings with business leaders, supporting them by providing data analysis and business insights.
