Recruiting Operations Center - Senior Program Manager, Global Talent Solutions Seattle, Washington, USA The Senior Program Manager will drive critical, high-impact programs that are global and centralized, supporting candidates and Talent Acquisition teams worldwide. This role requires the ability to see both the forest and the trees-diving deep into process design and optimization while developing program strategy and reporting status to senior leadership. You will own a portfolio of strategic initiatives from ideation to execution, delivering VP/Director-level work that enhances Amazon's recruiting operations and candidate experience. This dynamic role impacts Amazon Talent Acquisition, Tech, and global recruiting partners through diverse, high-impact programs. The ideal candidate brings expertise in program design, process development, and strategic initiatives within service or operational organizations.
