About this role
Recruiting Business Partner , AWS Storage & Analytics Recruiting Seattle, Washington, USA The Recruiting Business Partner (Client Lead) serves as a strategic talent advisor for assigned business units at AWS. This role owns the Recruiting Strategy oversee the recruiting process, partners closely with senior leadership to understand business needs, develops comprehensive talent strategies, and drives hiring outcomes that support Amazon's growth objectives. The RBP acts as the primary recruiting point of contact for their client group, managing complex requisitions while coaching hiring teams on best practices and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. Key job responsibilities * Serve as primary recruiting advisor to Senior level stakeholders and business leaders * Develop deep understanding of business strategy, organizational structure, and talent needs * Provide data-driven insights and market intelligence to inform hiring decisions * Influence hiring strategy, job architecture, and compensation approaches * Lead monthly to quarterly business reviews with leadership teams Basic Qualifications: - 3+ years of technical recruiting in high volume and high hiring bar environment experience - Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies Preferred Qualifications: - Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships - Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.
