The ROW Recommerce PMO role at Amazon's Fulfillment Centers (FCs) can provide that opportunity. This role focuses on maximizing value recovery from customer returned units in MENA region through refurbishment and Amazon Resale in close collaboration with the India Recommerce teams, while driving program excellence across Rest of World (RoW) markets. In this role, you will be responsible for three key areas: 1. Implementing incremental value recovery capabilities in MENA region FCs 2. Developing strategic program partnerships with India Recommerce teams 3. Leading PMO functions for ROW recommerce initiatives To be successful, you will need excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to drive consensus across multiple stakeholders and geographies. While operating in FC operations, you will interface with Engineering, Business, Stores, Category, Finance, Procurement, Data Science, and Returns teams to identify and execute solutions that improve recovery rates and standardize processes.
