Receiving Quality CMM Programmer, Amazon Leo - Quality Receiving Everett, Washington, USA Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines. Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Key job responsibilities CMM Programming & Operation: • Develop, revise, and optimize offline and online CMM programs using PC-DMIS software • Program, set up, and operate coordinate measuring machines for complex aerospace components • Produce CMM set-up and operational instructions for specific parts or machines • Store all CMM data securely and maintain regular backups; maintain configuration control on files and job records • Edit and improve legacy inspection programs; mentor entry-level CMM personnel Receiving Inspection: • Inspect incoming material, work-in-process, and final product for conformance to quality standards • Verify supplier-provided hardware against purchase orders, engineering drawings, and specifications • Prepare and coordinate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for nonconforming parts • Provide quality leadership, audit, inspection, problem
